Once our objectives set out, our next step is to choose a service that best suits your expectations based on the different features our platform offers and the support we can provide for you. We put in place a communication strategy together for your event and to optimize the use of Nodily by attendees.  

Nodily then delivers a firstversion of the platform for you to be able to get accustomed to thesystem and offer us suggestions to adapt the service to your needs.

THE LAUNCH

We then put your event online a few weeks before the event to allow the attendees to register to workshops, start networking and plan their first meetings. This way, we engage participants long before the event has even started. We offer them the possibility to customize their own agenda beforehand and to optimize their time spent at the venue. A first statistical analysis will allow us to adapat our communication strategy if necessary.

THE EVENT

The platform does not need any assistance during the event. You can focus on your work and the event itself. If you wish, you can keep up to date live with the interactions between participants thanks to the interface dedicated to you on the website.

FEEDBACK

Once the event is over, you can access detailed reports and statistics about attendees activity, interactions and profiles.
